The USAF will also transfer 14 C-27Js to the US Coast Guard. All the aircraft are expected to be transferred by April 2014 and will be operated by the US Army Special Operations Command. The US Special Operations Command will receive seven C-27Js from the USAF, as part of intra-service transfer.
